Occupational Hygiene and Nanoparticle Production

This review of occupational hygiene aspects of nanoparticle production, funded by the UK Health and Safety Executive and prepared
by IOM/SAFENANO, undertaken in 2004 was one of the first of its kind. It examines processes for the deliberate development and manufacture of nanoparticle products and considers sources and routes of exposure, levels of exposure, numbers exposed, knowledge gaps and future trends and makes recommendations on how the issues raised should be addressed.
