NEDO 2011: Risk assessment of manufactured nanomaterials

NEDO_200-150'Research and Development of Nanoparticle Characterization Methods' (P06041), a research project under the New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO), was launched in June 2006 to drive research into risk assessment of manufactured nanomaterials in Japan, and was completed in February 2011.

As a result, reports on the risk assessment of three nanomaterials (titanium dioxide, fullerene, and carbon nanotubes) in addition to a report 'Risk Assessment of Manufactured Nanomaterials: Overview of Approaches and Results' were developed and published.

The full reports are available to download here.
